This hotel is in the heart of the old town and surrounded by historic buildings. You can easily visit the National Museum of Sintra, take a bus to see the beautiful Castle, or grab anything you need from a Portuguese supermarket. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, and the bathroom is clean with fresh towels. The view from the balcony is stunning.
There is one major negative point, and that is the overall outdated and dull appearance of the hotel.

We had a great time staying here! The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. It was really close to the train station, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed, including a mini-bar and in-room safe. We loved the terrace with a view of the valley, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful.
We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious stay.

Location is unbeatable; right in the center of town and close to Pe a Palace. Staff is accommodating, especially the receptionist. Room is spacious, comfy, and with a great view overlooking a green valley.

Great location, just a short walk away from all the main attractions in the city. the room was spacious and clean, with a separate seating area and stunning views of the valley. the staff at the reception were helpful and friendly. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options to choose from.
The wifi was not included in the room rate and had to be paid for separately. There was no facility to make tea in the room, which was a bit inconvenient in the mornings.

I loved the location of the hotel, it was in a central spot which made it easy for me to explore the town. During my stay, I had a bit of trouble with the bathroom sink but when I informed the hotel staff, they took care of it immediately. The room was cozy and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I’d recommend this hotel for its location and good value.
